100-Day Easy Returns Policy

 WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES A PRODUCT JUST ISNT’T RIGHT

EverMe allows you to return your order within 100 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original EverMe box or packaging.

Please note that some products may have individual return policies as stated in the product description. If any items are not eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you. If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible at service@everme.com.au .

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

FAULTY PRODUCT

EverMe returns your orders using express courier services and processes all returns the same day they are received. 

 

REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been recieved at our depot we aim to process any refund within 2 business days. 

On rare occasions we may decline to offer a refund if your return is after the Return Policy expires, if the products are marked, damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original and undamaged packaging. In the case of accessories we may also decline a refund if the silver EverMe sticker has been removed or damaged.

For Returns from orders that were placed during a discount promotion or using a voucher/coupon the refunded value will be the total amount paid. Where part of a multi-item order is returned the refunded value will be the listed price for that item at the time of the order less the amount of the discount that was applied to that item.
